Sometimes we guard our feelings don't we? We let fear get in the way. We stuff them down. And that is not healthy - is it?

I have found when I allow myself to FEEL deeply it allows me to connect with every part of myself. Sometimes it is painful but my life is richer for being REAL - even if it's only with MYSELF.
